Operations Assistant/ Stock Controller - 4* Hotel - Umhlanga

Responsibilities:Monitor and manage inventory records.Receive, inspect, and store supplies.Coordinate with departments to fulfill stock needs.Perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.Contribute to efficient stock rotation and waste reduction.Assist in purchase orders and supplier relationships.Qualifications:Prior Stock Controller experience preferred.Strong organization and attention to detail.Collaborative across departments.Inventory software proficiency in Materials Control.Excellent communication and record-keeping.Between 1 - 3 Years of experience.
