Operations Assistant

My client, a global financial services team seeks an Operations Assistant in their finance team. This client offers their clients secure and efficient cross-border payment solutions. This role calls for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is exceptionally well organized and who takes great pride in the manner that they deal with clients and managing financial transactions. Lovely team culture, with flexible hybrid working model and proactive team culture.Responsibilities: Accurately process cross-border payments Verify payment details, ensure compliance with all regulationsMonitor payment queues, resolve payment-related issues Reconcile records of all payment transactionsPrepare reports and summaries of payment activitiesRespond to client inquiriesAssist clients with payment-related questionsWork with the Case Management team to effectively address client needsImplement and maintain compliance procedures and controlsConduct regular audits, ensure adherence to regulatory guidelinesStreamline processes and reduce errorsRequirements: Minimum of a completed Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance, accounting or businessPrevious experience in a financial services or banking environment, ideally within payment / transactions operations spaceStrong MS Office (Excel) skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood team player Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
