Main job function: Within the Global O&M Solar Technical Line, the candidate will be part of the Technical Services – Predictive Maintenance Team. The activity of the candidate will include the following scopes:
Through a close relation with Global O&M Solar, support local Predictive Maintenance activities to guarantee compliance with the parameters defined by the Operation and Maintenance Department (operation, maintenance, availability, efficiency…). Management of predictive maintenance analysis results in the Solar fleet analysis and interpretation of alarms generated by algorithms based on SCADA data. Issuance of recommendations based on predictive techniques to Solar farms and collection of their feedback. Support for the implementation of predictive maintenance development global and local projects. Project Management and interface between O&M Solar and other functions (DH, Innovation, etc.) as well as with external third parties. Following the development and the implementation of a sound SCADA Data Analysis process. Draw up Operating Instructions and Technical Specifications to be shared at global level as a base for a common way of working. Guide the processes digitalization in O&M, through proposal and development of digital solutions (together with DH dept.) supporting the energy transition in O&M Solar. Qualifications: Electrical/Mechanical or ICT Engineer (ECSA Pr. or equivalent) or Technologist (ECSA Pr. Technologist). At least 4-6 years of experience in the electrical, ICT Utilities/Manufacturing maintenance industry. Strong background in the energy sector, preferably in renewable (Solar). At least 2 years of experience in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. Electrical/ Mechanical / Industrial / IT Engineering Degree or equivalent. Knowledge and experiences: Strong technical knowledge of wind turbines, data analytics, communication and automation networks, and rotating machines. Technical analysis and investigation including root cause analysis. Knowledge of SCADA Systems. Technical report writing. Knowledge of Windows Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Fluent English, spoken and written. Skills/Behaviour: Dynamism and willingness to travel. Problem-solving oriented and ability to suggest. Extensive technical knowledge and self-driven/motivated.
