Operations Analyst - Trade Finance

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Full understanding the company's FICA, KYC, AML and Risk Monitoring and Compliance Programme (RMCP) PoliciesOnboarding and risk scoring of all new clients in accordance with policies and procedures.Timeous review of high risk scored clients and performing of FICA AuditsManagement of the drawdown processing function of all clients with the Trade Finance Division.Client Drawdown supporting document checking to ensure all predrawdown requirements are met (ie ensuring all conditions precedent are met).Drafting of Drawdown Documents for client signature.Loading of drawdowns on the CRM and loan management system.Ensure all drawdown request processed are managed within the clients approved credit limit.Ensuring 100% accuracy, completion and reconciliation between the CRM System and Loan Management SystemMoving and clearing of transaction data in CRMEnsuring at all times the highest standard of data integrityStrong involvement to interact with clients.Client reminders of upcoming repayments.Client management in terms of upcoming drawdowns
