Operations Analyst Job DescriptionJob Title: Operations AnalystReporting to: Head of CreditKey Responsibilities:Process executed loan documentation by:Keeping borrowers and solicitors updated about the status of a loanChecking and filing all executed documentationObtaining any outstanding documentation and ensuring all parties meet their obligations (e.g. solicitor undertaking, chasing severance of tenancy and evidence of form of notice to spouse having been issued)Staying on top of the legal cases:Obtaining regular updates from solicitors and borrowersMaintaining clear records of updates in Aryza and Levels filesUpdating senior members of the team on the status of cases on a regular basis and reporting any potential issuesEscalating & resolving any potential issues as quickly as possibleManaging loan accounts:Processing all invoices received, uploading to Aryza, obtaining client authorization and reporting any issues to their managerEnsuring invoices received are in line with the expected facility limits approved at loan set upIssuing statements of account, redemption statements & annual statementsProcessing loan facility and term increasesInforming manager and finance team of any expected repaymentsEnsuring the Company's compliance policies (e.g. AML/data protection) are adhered to in line with FCA regulations.Supporting the underwriting team.
