RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR (PROPERTY INDUSTRY) for a large growing concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Relevant Business Administration, Facility Management, or a Related Field Preferred. Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Accounting and Data Management Software advantageous 2 yrs working experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position. Answering phones and responding to client requests and enquiries. Managing and updating company databases. Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies. Scheduling meetings and assist with team travel arrangements. Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment. Providing administrative support Operations Controller and other departments or projects as needed. Obtain and request approval on all quotations. Processing and issuing of purchase orders on all quotations (this is for /- 25 properties). Provide relevant maintenance team with relevant purchase order. Processing Invoices for payment packs and approval. Completed payment pack handed to relevant property managers for first approval. Second approval to Manager for sign o of payments, once completed the full and completed pack is handed over to finance for payment. Proof of payments received and sent to relevant suppliers.
