About the role This role provides crucial administrative support, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the operations department. Responsibilities Accurately capture and manage data, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company standards. Compile a detailed report tracking driver violations, ensuring ease of monitoring and review. Share the violation report with management weekly, including a comparison of violations and calls made to drivers for follow-up. Record and report on driver overtime. Maintain and update all logistics files. Coordinating documents and managing data entry Manage and ensure that the processing of all relevant administration/documentation is done in accordance with operational requirements. Effective Communication: Preparing correspondence, arranging meetings, and handling inquiries ensures clear and timely communication within and outside the organization. Compile and present reports during weekly staff and management meetings. A knowledge and understanding of occupational hazards and safety procedures. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to change with the schedules. Notifying employees of expiring documents. Requirements Matric. Transport and Logistics Management or relevant qualification. Must not have taken part in the YES Program before. South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage/Pastel. Must have the ability to work under pressure. Own reliable transport to and from work. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team .
