DescriptionJunior Office Administration role to support general office management in a boutique investment company. Key responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, handling client service, and performing administrative tasks. A junior role for a recent graduate who wants to build a career in the investments industry.Key responsibilities include:Creating and maintaining a welcoming and pleasant environment for clients and visitors.Handling client service, general office administration, and travel management.Performing regular and ad hoc administrative and support functions in client service, general business administration, compliance, online services, and adviser programmes.Assisting in front-of-house reception, office management, and travel management.Qualifications and skills required include:A basic commercial tertiary education, ideally a degree in business subjects.Proficient use of MS Office applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Comfortable learning and working with new software systems.Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative role in an investments company, with experience in front-of-house reception, office management, and general office administration.
