a FMCG company based in Muizenberg urgently seeks your expertise and meticulous nature as an Ops and Key Accounts Manager to support a growing international business. Your role will entail supporting the GM and CEO in procurement, logistics, imports and exports, key account admin, supply chain management and sales reporting. The successful incumbent must have Grade 12/Matric, possess a degree/diploma and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with advanced Excel proficiency.

Reporting to the GM. You will be required to perform the following roles and responsibilities:

OPERATIONS
• Action all shipping for exports and imports
• Manage daily transport and courier logistics and costs

STOCK, PRODUCTION AND PROCUREMENT
• Oversee and check quality of stock arriving - raw materials & finished product.
• Manage supplier portals and pricing
• Co-ordinating delivery of stock to distributors to ensure sufficient stock for WFM / AMAZON / USA other / PnP / Spar deliveries.
• Establishing cost per SKU
• Preparing annual list price increases, based on costs
• Support of New product development – suppliers & pricing
• Manage import orders (grinderheads, Madagascan Pepper, bottles, other) accounting for logistics delays and other risk factors

SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Dealing with any supplier issues
• Communicating with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of PO's /BOMS.

SALES SUPPORT AND KEY ACCOUNTS
• Manage and maintain Key Accounts portals for Sales Director
• All admin tasks related to Key Accounts and Sales support
• Prepare weekly sales reports (Weekly Sales, Amazon, WFM)
• Prepare monthly sales reports for Exco meetings
• Actioning monthly exit & obsolete stock reports
• Actioning special client needs
• Ensuring all international orders are packed efficiently with special customer requirements and shipped in shortest production time.
• Reconciling Amazon sales data and reporting on Amazon performance

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Business degree/diploma

Experience/Skills:
• Procurement experience
• Experience in Sage/Odoo/SAP/Syspro/Microsoft Dynamics (or a similar ERP system)
• Advanced Excel proficiency/experience in creating and managing Excel Spreadsheets - preferably having completed a course.
• Knowledge and experience working supply chain management
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel are essential).
• Complete fluency in English with excellent command, both written and spoken.

Advantageous:
• Experience with Odoo ERP system
• Experience with logistics documentation, customs and rebates

• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of working independently with little supervision
• Always looking for ways to improve efficiency of the current systems, processes and work practices.
