Salary: R 55 000.00 p/m + Reimbursive Travel + KPI CommThis person will be responsible for the management of all staff on the related contract. Responsibilities include relationship management, market research, merchandising, training, problem solving, sales, stock control, data collection, territory development, and staff management.Key Responsibilities:Manage all staff, achieving specific targets and objectives in line with the Client's strategy.Motivate, train, and assist all staff working within designated distribution outlets.Collect data and drive sales targets through the staff.Ensure all in-store staff report for duty daily.Ensure all leave forms and sick notes are completed and submitted to HR.Complete all contracts, policies, and relevant documentation for in-store staff and submit to HR.Report any HR issues to HR daily.Follow up on outstanding staff issues.Work closely with visual display staff and department heads to maximize customer interest and sales.Maintain awareness of competitors' performance to assist staff in achieving sales targets.Gather information on customer reactions to products.Check stock availability and raise any issues with the client.Adhere to entrance policy of each store.Provide customer service and handle any ad hoc requests from management.Ensure neatness in uniform appearance.Notify line management before 9am if unable to work via SMS or Phone Call.Plan and approve leave at least three weeks in advance.Report to General Manager by 9am daily on the agenda for the day.Own the overall operational client service experience in partnership with the Client throughout the client lifecycle.Work closely with the Operations team to implement a consistent, scalable, and controllable service model.Focus on the partnership between the Client and the Company to improve client service offering and quality of delivery.Own and evolve the core operational service offering in partnership with operational groups across the firm and key third-party providers.Accountable for the resolution of operational inquiries received from clients.Ensure that the client is kept informed of any relevant interactions.Facilitate handling of client requests for bespoke services.Represent the client operational intent for implementation and change events.Demonstrate risk awareness and focus on delivering an appropriate operational control framework around client servicing.Establish and measure client service benchmarks.Engage operational resources of the firm to meet clients' needs.Establish/enhance strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the Company.Facilitate diagnosis of complex client service issues and identify trends pointing to service deficiencies.Conduct Operational Service Reviews directly with clients in partnership with the Client.Provide and/or coordinate appropriate representation for Business Operations at Client meetings and due diligence visits.Champion awareness and knowledge sharing of business operations service and functions.Build and constantly develop knowledge of the Business Operations' functions.Be an operational thought leader for clients.Minimum Requirements:5+ years of proven experience in the asset/cellular/sales management industry with exposure to a variety of operational and client service functions.Exceptional skills in time management, organization, and teamwork.Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.In-depth technical understanding across service functions and strong understanding of the end-to-end client and trade life-cycles.Experience in dealing with clients and associated operational risk matters.Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with Client and Operations stakeholders.Ability to work proactively with others to resolve and escalate issues appropriately.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, energy, and drive.Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt to the audience at all corporate levels.Ability to analyze, synthesize, and present data in a concise and easy-to-understand style.Expert communicator with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically.R 55 000.00 per month + Reimbursive Travel and Monthly KPI Commission.
