DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS: KingsleyIrons Recruitment have partnered with a multinational leader in the field of manufacturing, distribution and security services. We are on a recruitment drive to source the best talent nationally.The Operational Financial Manager will have a birds' eye view of the operations across the Bloemfontein region. This includes financial operations management for the region, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, modelling of the financial impact within the Operational and Finance Business Unit, and providing financial insights and recommendations, in order to reach regional organizational goals and objectives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:BCom Degree in Financial Management or Management Accounting or equivalentCIMA or studying towards is an advantageExperience with Syspro ERP system will be highly beneficial5 Years' experience in a Financial or Management Accountant roleExperience in a production, distribution or manufacturing, environment2 Years' experience in compiling and conducting presentations to Senior ManagersRESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to financial governance principlesControl the regional end-to-end financial functionProvide business support for effective decision makingProvide support for effective short- and long-term planning through the budgeting, forecasting and business planningStrategically partner with the various stakeholders to deliver upon departmental objectivesAssist the procurement department in identifying areas of potential savings and drive the achievement of the savings within the regionDo you see yourself as the successful Operational Financial Manager – Bloemfontein at this leading Company?
