SALARY AND BENEFITS: R550000 p/a CTC neg based on experience

We are on a recruitment drive to source the best talent nationally. The Operational Finance Manager will have a birds' eye view of the operations across the Bloemfontein region. This includes financial operations management for the region, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, modelling of the financial impact within the Operational and Finance Business Unit, and providing financial insights and recommendations, in order to reach regional organizational goals and objectives. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BCom Degree in Financial Management or Management Accounting or equivalent CIMA or studying towards is an advantage Experience with Syspro ERP system will be highly beneficial 5 Years' experience in a Financial or Management Accountant role Experience in a production, distribution or manufacturing environment 2 Years' experience in compiling and conducting presentations to Senior Managers RESPONSIBILITIES: Adhere to financial governance principles Control the regional end-to-end financial function Provide business support for effective decision making Provide support for effective short- and long-term planning through budgeting, forecasting and business planning Strategically partner with the various stakeholders to deliver upon departmental objectives Assist the procurement department in identifying areas of potential savings and drive the achievement of the savings within the region Do you see yourself as the successful Operational Finance Manager - Bloemfontein at this leading Company?
