Operational Excellence / Industrial Engineer - Mining

Requirements: Education: BEng/BSc in Mining or Industrial Engineering

Experience: 5 years experience in operational excellence in a mining or mining related services environment 3 years management experience 3 - 5 years experience in implementing operational improvement into operations Responsibilities:
To conduct Operational Excellence projects and continuously improve organizational processes, systems, and workflows to optimize business performance and to enhance the company's operational reputation amongst customers.



Identify opportunities to improve field operations (including but not limited to field employees, raw material stock, site layout, infrastructure, etc.) by conducting analysis and evaluation of field operations and costs, gathering data and insights, engaging and collaborating with field operators and leaders, evaluating, reviewing ROI, identifying opportunities, developing recommendations and reporting within deadline.



Implement field operations improvement projects by implementing best practice project practices, implementing project tracking and monitoring measures, managing implementation, measuring success/failures, resolving and optimizing as and when possible and required.
