A bit more about the Opportunity... What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like: One of your core functions will be to control, test, and manage operational risks to ensure that all processes, rules, and standards are followed.
You will create and update compliance policies as well as monitor and report on all compliance measures.
You will focus on building strong client relationships and addressing compliance concerns.
You will manage and roll out operational governance frameworks by identifying and improving compliance processes and controls.
Collaboration with senior management, governance, operations, and external auditors will be essential to ensure effective stakeholder management.

Requirements: You have 2 years or more experience working in a governance/operation manager function/compliance/audit and risk management environment (Essential).
You ideally have a strong financial services and/or operational background.
You might have a qualification/certification in compliance, governance & risk management (preferably).
Experience in Audit/operational governance/Compliance Assurance and Incident Investigations will be useful.
You are resilient with great people management skills.
You take a collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
You are creative and innovative in your thinking.
You have a good command of the English language (written and verbal).
You are proficient in all Microsoft Office tools.
You are confident and thrive in pressured environments.
