Role PurposeOur client is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to oversee and enhance the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in a structured hospital environment.
The successful candidate will ensure clinical excellence through the effective management of human and organizational resources while fostering a positive patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure patient care meets clinical quality standards and complies with company policies and procedures.Proactively identify and manage clinical risks within the unit.Lead, mentor, and manage the unit's staff to achieve departmental goals.Oversee operational and capital expenses within budgetary guidelines, ensuring optimal resource utilization.Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and interdepartmental collaboration.Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.QualificationsA 3- or 4-year Diploma or Degree in Nursing.A postgraduate qualification in the unit's specialist area (if applicable).
Nursing education qualification.
