Respond to learner-submitted questions, providing clear, concise, and accurate explanations.
Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assist learners in preparing for assessments.
Resource utilisation and curriculum alignment Use Maskew Miller Learning's educational resources, including digital tools and CAPS-aligned materials, to support learners.
Ensure all responses and tutoring align with the CAPS curriculum.
Task completion Complete tutoring related tasks provided by Maskew Miller Learning, ensuring they meet quality and curriculum standards.
Submit completed tasks to the company within agreed timelines for delivery to learners.
Learner engagement and progress monitoring Maintain effective communication with learners through digital platforms.
Track learner progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders when required.
Professional development and collaboration Stay informed about the latest trends in online tutoring and educational resources.
Participate in training sessions and team discussions to enhance service delivery.
Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject field.
A teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years' teaching or online tutoring experience.
Familiarity with the CAPS curriculum is essential.
