Qualifications and Skills: Matric A relevant post school qualification in E-commerce will be an advantage Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail (preferably with a focus on e-commerce) Strong computer literacy Familiarity with AS400 will be a plus Must have a valid driver's license Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English Assertive with proactive approach to tasks Creative problem solving and innovative thinking Ability work under pressure while maintaining performance standards Strong customer service orientation and relationship management Excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience or knowledge in SEO (search Engine Optimization) a plus
