Online Skin Therapist

Online skin therapist sought to provide website visitors and customers with personalised skincare product advice. In addition to recommending skin health related products to online users, the role extends to physical in-store support. The candidate must be able to communicate with various consumer profiles in a personable, warm, and friendly manner whether it be via phone, live chat, email, or in-person.The candidate will also be required to help personalise product orders in the form of packaging, sampling, and generally support the operations team with the printing of waybills and delivery follow-ups when necessary. The role requires regular feedback and reporting to management on the interests of best supporting customers. It also requires frequent training on retail brands to keep product knowledge up to date.
