Job title : Online Sales Support Agent We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and customer-focused Online Sales Support Agent to join our team in the Contact Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide telephonic and email support for any queries related to online sales.
Provide support to both staff and to customers for online sales transactions.
Guide customers through the online sales process, including product selection, payment, and delivery options.
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
Drive online Sales.
Key Competencies and Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Listening skills Problem analysis and problem solving Customer service orientation Teamwork Stress tolerance Further requirements: Grade 12 Minimum 2 years experience in a Call Centre


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
