Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management Develop and implement effective online sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth. Monitor online sales performance, analyse trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld throughout the online shopping experience. 2. Administrative Management Oversee daily administrative operations, including inventory management, supplier relations, and compliance with e-commerce regulations. Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping, including sales reports, financial documentation, and inventory logs. Coordinate with the finance team for budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting. Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements, particularly regarding firearm sales and hunting licenses. 3. Team Leadership Train and manage a team of online sales associates and administrative staff. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a customer-first mindset. 4. Customer Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers by providing product knowledge, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns. Lead online demonstrations, webinars, and customer education initiatives. Handle escalated customer service issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management, ideally in an outdoor, sports, or similar retail environment. Strong knowledge of outdoor equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in managing administrative tasks, including inventory and sales tracking. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, sales reporting software, and retail management systems. Education and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or administrative role. Key Skills: Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with e-commerce tools, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and inventory management. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
