Purpose of the Position
The purpose of the Online Campaign Managers is to plan, implement, and monitor online marketing campaigns to drive brand recognition and generate leads. Serve as the liaison between multiple teams in the organisation and partner agencies to manage end-to-end campaign strategy, including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting whilst ensuring that campaign delivery is on time, on budget and to campaign standards & targets.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms like social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
Actively manage the operational advertising relationship between the business and advertising agencies, communicating with and updating advertisers regularly.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to create engaging and relevant campaign materials.
Create and manage project budgets for online campaigns.
Optimize content and boost visibility.
Assess campaign metrics and performance and make necessary adjustments to meet the campaign objectives.
Develop, drive and measure ePICOS drivers across relevant online partners.
Run A/B testing for various campaign elements to determine the most effective approach.
Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing activities and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
Produce and present detailed reports on post campaign performance.
Ensure all online campaigns comply with industry policies and regulations.
Follow Heineken Beverages policies and procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
A Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
3+ years digital campaign and performance management experience.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Exhibit strong digital capabilities.
Strong analytical and data driven thinking.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Proven track record with digital marketing implementation, paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI.
