Our client, based in Northriding , is seeking an Online Order Processor to join their team on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will handle order management through Sage Online Accounting, ensuring smooth operations between the warehouse and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities: Order Management: Process customer orders in Sage Online Accounting and coordinate with the warehouse and customers regarding stock availability.
Quotations and Invoicing: Prepare customer quotations and create accurate invoices, matching them to sales orders and picking slips.
Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse on order status, including orders to be picked and those already picked.
Customer Communication: Provide customers with order confirmations, shipping details, and updates on any changes or issues.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of orders, returns, and exchanges in the company's database.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve order-related inquiries and issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in business administration is a plus).
Minimum 2 years of experience with Sage Online Accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and familiar with order processing software and CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and collaboration with team members.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and minimize processing errors.
Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues in the order workflow.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
