This includes ongoing training and development opportunities, access to a range of teaching resources, and a dedicated support team to answer any questions and provide guidance as needed.Available ShiftsSaturday - Tuesday 00:00-04:30 SASTSaturday & Sunday 00:00-04:30 SASTThursday - Sunday 09:45-14:15 SASTShould your application be successful, one of our talented and dedicated recruiters will reach out to walk you through our available shifts as seen above and provide further guidance on the training and recruitment process.ExperienceExperience is preferred, but we offer extensive training for all candidates, so don't be shy to apply if you have never taught.The training would be five working days of dedicated platform, methodology and lesson cycle training.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide students while delivering English lessons based on a well-developed curriculum and teaching methodology.Engage and encourage students positively throughout the lesson.Manage a classroom and provide feedback to students on their language proficiency.Minimum RequirementsA matric/high school diploma is required.A degree/studying towards a degree is preferred.A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate is advised.Great command of the English language (accent neutral).Computer literate and able to troubleshoot.Technical RequirementsPC specifications:Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or greater.Memory: 8GB RAM or greater.Backup PowerUninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching). This is a non-negotiable requirement.A separate mini power supply system to power your fibre router as an independent system.Internet ConnectionA stable FIBRE internet connection- at a minimum of 25 mbps upload and download speeds.PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection.PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIFI OR LTE CONNECTIONS.OtherNoise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera.Back-up headset is highly recommended.Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment.
