Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, ensuring accurate images, descriptions, and pricing.
Oversee order processing, ensuring delivery lead times are met.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Administer pricing updates and manage stock availability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate product data.

Requirements:

Proficient in e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and IT systems.
