Leading Financial Services Client requires a On-Site Debt Collections Agent to join their fast paced environment to do field collections of unpaid debt with vendors.
Responsibilities
Doing Site visits to vendors to initiate required payment.Do online research on vendors and maintain contact information.Schedule site visits.Make and receive collections calls where required.Assist with general service requests and queries.Receive, review and communicate settlement requests to relevant teams.
Requirements
Matric / Grade 123 Years experience doing collectionsMust have understanding of Financial ProductsAdvanced MS Office Skills with experience using SalesforceMust have excellent communication skills to deal with clients face-to-face and telephonicallyMust have valid drivers license and own reliable transport
