Position Overview As an On-Road Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support for network installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will be required to travel to client locations, ensuring high-quality service and swift resolution of network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment (routers, switches, cabling, etc.) on-site. Diagnose and resolve issues with network connectivity, hardware, and software. Perform network upgrades and migrations as needed. Collaborate with our team to resolve escalated technical issues. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about technical solutions. Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and service logs. Ensure all work complies with company standards and industry best practices. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field. Proven experience as a network technician, with a focus on on-site support. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.). Hands-on experience with network hardware and software installations. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) will be an advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
