On-Boarding Support Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis
Interviewing and training new staff
Monitoring/managing the team's daily performance
Achieving company objectives through effective planning, setting goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
Solving complaints and answering questions escalated by the team
Presenting monthly performance to the senior management team
Improving processes so that they become more efficient
Preparing relevant reports for senior management
Running performance counseling for underperformers
Identifying and addressing key issues in the team

Requirements:

Open to Operations (Internal)
Minimum of 12 months of work experience at Vantage (Internal)
1 year minimum
Debt counselling experience
