On Boarding Specialist

Ubuntu is seeking Call Centre Lead Conversion Agents (On Boarding Specialist ), to convert Leads and close on the leads provided into a sale and or existing client.
 (Earn Commission) Ubuntu Markets has a focus on sub-Saharan Africa countries but does not limit its clients to only that region.

Requirements Call Centre Sales experience preferably Financial Sector Background.
At least 2 + years' work experience in a Call Centre Environment.
Matric.
Good Command of English.
Excellent Telephone Etiquette Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Driven Individuals Strong Character to close on Leads provided.
Onboarding client.
To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into / Existing clients.
To be aggressive in closing deals.
Target Driven.   To provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.
Benefits Basic Salary R6 000 Per Month for the first 3 month during probation period, then the basic goes up to R7000 per month + Uncapped Commission structure on a sliding scale e.g.
Sale Comm Paid in U$D  + R2000 Incentive for Top Seller.
Supplied hot Leads / No Cold Calling No limit to dial own leads and earn Commission.
