Job Description This role assists clients telephonically or face to face, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. This is a customer-focused role that provides telephonic and face-to-face service to customers. Responsibilities include:
Adhering to service and quality standards. Adhering to business, process, and compliance rules. Maintaining a moderate to high level of technical knowledge. Being multi-skilled across product and process relevant to the business area. Skills Education Closing Date 21 October 2024
