Job Description This role assists clients telephonically or face to face, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. This is a customer-focused role that provides telephonic and face-to-face service to customers, adheres to service and quality standards, and follows business, process, and compliance rules. The role requires moderate to high level of technical knowledge and is multi-skilled across products and processes relevant to the business area.
