Purpose of the Role
Provide technical services, including development of technical outputs, inspections, and management of contractors for clients on an EPCM basis. The role involves office-based work with regular site visits during procurement, installation, and commissioning stages. Additionally, support the Business Development Department with technical expertise.

Proposals / Business DevelopmentTechnical lead in proposal development

Design DevelopmentConcept/Basic design development
Review of technical outputs
Compilation and review of enquiry packages
EPCM Project DeliveryManage project sub-packages within budget, time, and quality constraints
Oversee site installation and construction
Control package scope and manage changes
Departmental and Company ProcessesEnsure compliance with client and company processes
Interface with various functional areas (Design, Procurement, Legal, Finance, SHEQ)
Utilize ERP and project management software systems
Qualifications
Minimum: National Diploma in Engineering
Preferred: Qualified Engineer Technologist or Technician
Registration with ECSA or recognized international body
Project management courses based on PMBOK principles
Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including:5+ years as Project Coordinator or related role
3+ years in Design Engineering in the Oil & Gas Industry
Practical site construction experience (advantageous)

In-depth knowledge of quality, environmental, and safety management systems
Strong grasp of contract management and requirements

Proficient in MS Office, IFS, Primavera, and MS Projects
