Details of the offer

Project manage all the Build functions for their Local Market portfolio, including Branches, Business Centres and ATM's. Focus on maintaining the approved design and corporate identity standards in all Build projects. Manage the unplanned maintenance and repairs emanating from these customer facing points of representation for the Bank, including closure of sites, downsizing, revamps and relocations. Manage end to end process of all unplanned maintenance calls logged on Ops Connect. Including allocation of vendor and payment of invoices. Qualifications Qualification:Project Management diploma would be an advantageLocal council and building regulationsSecurity management principles and practicesKnowledge:General and tactical business knowledge and acumen – Branch Banking knowledge an advantage, including an understanding of the interfaces between frontline service, sales and support.Understanding of the Premises and Property Strategy and Operating Model and how the various areas contribute to the delivery of a professional, quality and cost effective service.Understanding of branch network systems in order to analyse information to forecast trends.Experience:Contractor and vendor management.Cost and budget management.Experience in working in multi discipline teams, fostering collaboration, team work and the delivery of improved business performance. Additional Information Key Responsibilities:Participate as a key member of the team of Provincial Premises, providing input, feedback and solutions into the portfolio of Build projectsProject manage all premises related projects within Local Market (Build, Maintenance and Repairs) by applying the appropriate building and construction project management skills to ensure the provision of required service levels.Manage the delivery of and create an effective partnership with all relevant contractors and Turn Key vendors; clarify requirements in line with expectations, monitor the detail of delivery (quality, time, cost) and clarify additional work required Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and in line with the specifications laid out in the corporate identity standardsManage all Build, Maintenance and Repairs projects within the estimates defined in the Budget – optimise resources wherever possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
