Officer Manager East London Rneg3-year qualification in Office Management or relatedComputer literateMust be fluent in English (able to speak, read and write competently)Fluency in isiXhosa would be advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise effectivelyAbility to work independentlyExperience in a legal environment will be advantageousProficiency in Microsoft office and other office softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skills.  Performance Areas Overseeing and managing all day-to-day office operationsOverseeing and maintaining office equipmentManaging office finances including budgeting, invoicing and expense reportsMonitoring and maintaining office suppliesEnsuring compliance with office policies and proceduresAssisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentsAssisting with administrative tasks including travel bookings, events and team building activitiesResponding to clients' inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely mannerManaging external suppliers related to the office managementProviding administrative and secretarial supportCompiling agendas, registers and minute taking at meetings for accurate record-keepingOverseeing and maintaining of office fleetEnsuring compliance with statutory requirements in respect of Legal Practice Council and other regulatory industry bodies.
