Officer Manager East London Rneg 3-year qualification in Office Management or related Computer literate Must be fluent in English (able to speak, read and write competently) Fluency in isiXhosa would be advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Ability to work independently Experience in a legal environment will be advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft office and other office software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills. Performance Areas Overseeing and managing all day-to-day office operations Overseeing and maintaining office equipment Managing office finances including budgeting, invoicing and expense reports Monitoring and maintaining office supplies Ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents Assisting with administrative tasks including travel bookings, events and team building activities Responding to clients' inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Managing external suppliers related to the office management Providing administrative and secretarial support Compiling agendas, registers and minute taking at meetings for accurate record-keeping Overseeing and maintaining of office fleet Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements in respect of Legal Practice Council and other regulatory industry bodies.
