Details of the offer

Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30To provide intellectual property (IP) legal solutions of a basic and standard nature to meet business requirements; and interpret and implement instructions utilising the relevant templates. To review and provide input into legal documentation in collaboration with other Legal team members. Mitigate risk through conducting the appropriate administrative due diligence and provide support in respect of legal documentation in line with approved processes and policies.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: DiplomaField of Study: LegalOther Minimum Qualifications, certifications or professional memberships:Certificate in Legal Secretary / Para legalCommercial or Legal Diploma / Certificate; Studying towards a Legal First Degree.Experience Required5-7 years proven experience in the provision of basic legal advice, preferably within the legal and/or financial sectors.
