Officer: Fraud And Ethics

Details of the offer

Key Requirements: B-degree in Commerce / Law, Corporate Governance / Risk Management and Compliance or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience as an Ethics Officer or in a similar role. Ethics Officer Certification Programme (EOCP) or equivalent. (Preferred) Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills. Key Performance Areas Develop and implement the Annual Fraud Prevention and Anti-Corruption Strategy. Participate in regular fraud risk assessments and manage the Fraud Risk Register. Monitor and oversee compliance with policies on conflicts of interest, extraneous employment, gifts, donations, and sponsorships, amongst others. Offer advisory services on ethical issues and manage the organisation Fraud Hotline. Provide fraud and ethics training and conduct awareness programs. Embed a culture of good corporate governance. Ethics, Fraud and Anti-Corruption Reporting
