Job Description To provide a branch reception function by identifying the customer's needs, recording, monitoring and allocating the customer to the appropriate area for assistance whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications National Certificate (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualifications) Experience 1-2 years branch banking experience with exposire to enquiries Additional Information Behavioural Competencies Meeting Timescales Completing Tasks Showing Composure Articulating Information Team Working Technical Competencies Banking Process and Procedures Product Knowledge Customer Reception and Channelling Client Servicing
