Job Description To provide a branch reception function by identifying the customer's needs, recording, monitoring and allocating the customer to the appropriate area for assistance whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications National Certificate (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualifications)
Experience 1-2 years branch banking experience with exposure to customer enquiries Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of basic banking products and services Strong customer service orientation
