As Research Officer for the Office of Health System Partnership (OHSP), you will support program evaluation and implementation science research studies aimed at improving primary care.
You will execute both qualitative and quantitative research methods to collect data, analyze results, and conduct systematic literature reviews.
You will coordinate research project activities, including meeting schedules and liaising with project partners.
Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating tasks for projects and initiatives with stakeholders.Fostering positive relationships with project partners.Implementing and executing qualitative and quantitative research methods.Liaising with agencies and collaborators regarding funding applications.Synthesizing technical and qualitative research data.Conducting systematic literature reviews and preparing reports and summaries.Handling sensitive and confidential information.Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in a research environment.Experience implementing qualitative and quantitative research methods.Research writing experience, including literature reviews and presentation materials.Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing research data.Experience with funding applications.Basic knowledge of research software (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, SPSS).Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.Assets (Nonessential): MSc DegreeThis is a term position of 2 years.
