Key Responsibilities Manage office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and vendor relations.
Coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth workflows.
Supervise support staff and promote a positive work environment.
Maintain records, documents, and company policies in an organized manner.
Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Implement office policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management tools).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
