We pride ourselves on our collaborative environment, fostering personal and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage all office administration, including supplies, equipment, bills, and office errands.Efficiently digitize data and maintain the company's OneDrive.Handle phone inquiries, direct callers, and take messages as needed.Organize meetings, appointments, and coordinate IT support.Cultivate relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring smooth operations.Create spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, and business reports for training and operational purposes.Oversee office correspondence, filing, and event planning.Provide support for consultants by typing CVs, proofreading work, and maintaining records.Generate business reports, manage invoices, and assist with customer inquiries.Manage all social media platforms, create engaging content, and grow the brand presence.Assist with ad-hoc office tasks and development projects.Education & Skills:Matric (Grade 12)Relevant certificates (e.g., communication, writing skills)Undergraduate qualification is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Typing speed of 45 words per minute or moreRequired Attributes:Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and IT skills.Ability to work with agility, adapting to business needs and challenges.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Creative flair for social media and content creation.Proactive, action-oriented, and a solution-focused mindset.Warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.Why Join Us?
