Our client, a consulting firm in Centurion, is looking for an Admin/Office manager who is passionate and competent in administration.
The ideal candidate will be able to liaise professionally with clients and integrate well with staff.
Responsibilities Receive and capture client instructions Identify and request outstanding supporting documents Provide professional feedback to clients Allocate instructions and manage turnaround times Assist managers with various tasks Provide monthly feedback reports Prepare billing sheets General Office Admin and management Exceptionally detailed environment.
Should not mind spending time in-front of a computer and work with documents and detailed information.
Link between clients and teams within the company.
Needed skills Highly Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Need to be proficient in Afrikaans and English Own transport required Attention to detail - accurate capturing, responding and feedback Strong writing and spelling ability Fluent in Afrikaans and English 5 years' experience in administrative work Work well within a diverse team
