Office Manager job vacancy in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.
Are you an experienced professional with a knack for leadership, strong business acumen, and a passion for office management?
Our client based in Paarden Eiland is looking for a mature, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager to take control of their busy office and oversee their talented junior staff.
Requirements:

Matric, Own vehicle and driver's license
Computer Literate with basic Accounting software knowledge advantageous
Minimum 10 years background in Service/ Customer Relations / Administration
Diverse worker who can multi-task very well and communicate professionally with clients and staff
Ability to oversee staff and ensure all duties are completed
Must be able to take ownership of tasks and running the office
Good understanding of all good business ethics (Business Acumen)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the switchboard, answering calls and assisting with walk in clients
Manage delivery schedules, print and capture delivery notes
Inventory management, capturing items received and stock counts
Receiving and logging of orders via email
Dealing with correspondence from Head Office in Gauteng
Dealing with Technicians, Sales Representative and Management
Manage and preparation of quotations
Monthly Report on activity and quotations sent to clients
Support needs for the Sales Representative when they are on the road
Be the go between clients and sales and management
Oversee work progress within the branch
Ordering of groceries and stationery
Manage filing systems and all administration duties for the branch
