About the role:
We are looking for an Part-Time Office Manager to join BVNK. You will organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Organise office operations and procedures:

Planning and arranging office deliveries
Managing office supplies and equipment
Take stock and record all office assets
Sending and receiving assets/ swag to and from other BVNK entities
Arranging access to the building for new starters

Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Provide general support to visitors - i.e. booking meeting rooms and making sure there are refreshments for meetings
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, wifi and travel arrangements)
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, health and safety and security services
Help to plan and organise the logistics around in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

What we need from you:



Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
French speaking proficiency would be an advantage
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Logistics

This role is based in our Cape Town Office.
You will be required to work in the office for 5 days a week during normal business hours.
