About the role This is an opportunity to take responsibility for key operational processes that make our business tick.
You'll report directly to our CEO, and will own various financial, people operations, and client reporting processes that are essential to our functioning as a business.
As we grow and expand as a business, you'll have constant opportunities to design and improve internal processes, and take on more responsibility.
Key responsibilities will be: Financial operations: Ensuring that we have seamless financial processes including billing, supplier payments, and managing the relationship with our outsourced accounting firm People operations: Ensuring that we hire the best people and that they have great onboarding experiences.
This includes managing recruitment processes, new employee onboarding, and payroll Client reporting: Ensuring that our clients have visibility on key performance metrics.
This involves generating weekly and monthly reports that we share with our customers.
Office Operations: Managing the office environment and ensuring that we have a great working environment for all of our team members - this includes organising regular team building activities and events.
Requirements You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements: University Degree Matric mathematics (not Maths literacy) Basic financial administration experience - in particular experience using Xero / Pastel or similar software for creating and sending invoices 2+ years office management / financial administration experience Good Excel / Google sheets skills Highly organised Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written English Benefits Macbook 20 days leave per annum Annual discretionary bonus Office weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual social events
