Are you organized, detail-oriented, and adept at administrative tasks?
Join our team as an Office Clerk and play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations.
Tasks Responsibilities: Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
Provide administrative support to team members and executives as required.
Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
