Full job descriptionJob description:Hospital is looking for a hard-working individual to implement a high standard of cleanliness for our office and premises.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in their work area including, bathrooms and kitchensRefilling and restocking cleaning supplies (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)Washing dishes as well as kitchen napkins, floor rags and dustersMaintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessaryTaking out the garbage and disposing it to the designated areasCleaning Refrigerators, Microwaves, Kettles, watercoolers and all kitchen equipmentAssist with Ad Hoc duties as and when requiredQualifying experience:Matric or equivalent3 - 5 years' experience in a similar roleKnowledge of acceptable cleaning practicesKnowledge of standard cleaning chemicalsBasic knowledge of general hygiene practicesQualifying attributes:The ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to be a team playerFlexibility and easily adapt to changing environmentThe ability to follow health and safety standardsMust be Reliable, trustworthy and honestAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAcceptable communication skillsAble to maintain confidentialityGood Time managementPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks
