We are recruiting for an Office Based Virtual Receptionist to join our specialist night shift team in Century City, Cape Town. If you have a passion for making other people's day and providing excellent customer service, this would be the ideal job for you!

Job Purpose:As a Virtual Receptionist you will be taking calls, greeting callers, performing lead intakes, scheduling appointments, transferring calls, or relaying messages directly to clients. You will be speaking directly to people in the USA who are from all walks of life and across a variety of industries. On any given day, you could be taking messages for an attorney or transferring a caller to their doctor. Training will be provided.

Key Performance:Adhere to call-handling expectations, accurately completing 200+ calls per day, and limiting personal bias while answering calls professionally.Create exceptional caller experiences with a friendly demeanor by seeking opportunities to make meaningful connections with customers and callers.Maintain accuracy, mindfulness, and a strong attention to detail in written communication.Use proper spelling, grammar, and logical message composition.Communicate professionally and with personality.Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment.Toggle between two screens and utilise multiple applications simultaneously while delivering exemplary caller experiences.Precisely and consistently follow call-handling instructions on every call.Provide detailed, accurate notes and messages from callers, and take ownership of mistakes when they happen. Requirements:Tech-savvy and can multitask, navigating multiple screens and systems while seamlessly navigating a conversation with a caller or customer live and in real-time.Positive and professional with a can-do attitude.Attention to detail and great written communication skills.Proficient in English Language with neutral accent (read, speak, write).Punctual with excellent time management skills.Team player, both reliable and present in your role.Call centre experience managing high call volumes preferred.International clientele experience (USA, UK, AUS, NZ).Experience in an administrative or professional role.Any Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.A clear criminal record.Grade 12.SA ID / Valid Work Permit (if applicable).Ability to work USA hours/rotational shifts (night shift).Own reliable transport required. Working hours:Monday to Sunday shifts.You will work 5 days a week: 4 days between Monday and Friday and 1 Saturday OR Sunday.Night Shift (USA Rotational Shifts: 9pm – 6am). Salary:Basic of R8000 per month.Attendance Bonus and Incentives.Shift allowance.Subsidised transport – from home to office. Location:Century City, Cape Town
