This is a great opportunity for a well organised Personal Assistant / Office Administrator that can manage an office.
You will not be a walk-over, are hands-on with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This opportunity is for a strong Assistant who can manage a busy Director, and assist with various Retail issues with ease.
The office space is busy and the rest of the team is supportive and fun. Requirements:Matric with relevant experienceExcellent computer skills - MS Office packageAbility to multi-task and be hands-on with various activities - photoshoots/new range/stores and moreDuties:Diary managementAssist with various general PA dutiesCommunicate with visitors, suppliers and staff in a professional manner at all times Ability to follow up, follow-through, communicate clearly to all parties and projectsStrong organisational skills to keep the daily administration and flow of the office and Director's activities in lineTake ownership of role and duties when the Director travelsGeneral office administration dutiesThis roleis ideal for a strong office administrator / that understands customer service and being the 2IC to the Director and team.
