Office AdministratorOur client requires the services of an Office Administrator with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey performance areas:Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismProactively identify and solve problems to ensure seamless business operationsCompile daily bank account activity reports for DirectorsKeep track of property transfers, correspondence with attorneys, and municipal account registrationsAssist operational managers with administrative queriesManage and organize the Directors' schedule, appointments, and travel arrangementsAct as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communicationsConduct research and compile data to support decision-makingCoordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholdersLiaise with private bankers in resolving applications and queriesSupplier relationship management including credit applications and resolving queriesDesired Experience & QualificationThe successful candidate must have:MatricA relevant qualification would be advantageousAt least 4-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA high level of attention to detail and accuracyProficient in office software and technology toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA valid driver's license with own reliable transportPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
